Ian has a football in his possesion ALL of the time. . I am not exagerating when I say this . .He throws one to James in the den, back and forth. . . He takes it to my mom's house for Papaw to throw with him. . . to church. . . which I make him leave it in the car. . . But his favorite football is the "nubby" yellow one. . . It has been to many different beaches, friends houses, restaurants and been used to play with many different friends. He has had this little ole' football for quite sometime. He has almost lost it numerous times. . but it always seems to "come thru". . . If it weren't for Andrew and Kevin, it would have been lost at the gym at church a few weeks ago ---for good. . .He got it caught up near the ceiling in the gym, and it almost got lost down in between the metal siding. . .My reason for posting this is . . . I took this picture with my cell phone this morning right before Ian got out of the van to go to school . . ."You can't take the ball into school Ian. . ." I told him. . ." I know, Mom. . .I just like the way it feels in my hand--makes my hand feel relaxed. . ." he told me. . .I am not sure I understand that one. . .But if his fame and fortune come from how much he is playing with a football. . . We will be watching him in the NFL one day . . . : )
