Ian is a member of the TJ Singers (which is the 5th grade chorus group at Jefferson-Thomas Jefferson Singers) . They had their fall concert tonight at school.
Ian really enjoys doing this. They meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7:45 for practice. This was their first actual concert. They are doing another concert at Christmas, and also have plans on going to some area nursing homes to sing.
In the spring they get to go to Carowinds for a choral festival that they get to be a part of . . . and also have some AMUSEMENT PARK fun! This is Mrs. Johnson, the music teacher at Jefferson and our principal, Mr. Partin applauding the kids for a great job tonight!
My favorite songs they sang tonight were "The Adams Family" and "Rocky Top". . . Great Job guys!
