Precious Toboggans
I think the story behind these toboggans is just so precious. My coworker, Emily brought in this huge shopping bag full of toboggans. She asked me if I wanted to get a few of them for the kids. I said sure, but then asked her why she had so many. . .and she proceeded to tell me the story behind them. She has twin aunts that are 76 years old, and they both have Alzheimer's Disease. To pass the time, they love to make these hats. They make them all of the time, and don't realize how many that they have made. Emily said that her family had toboggans coming out of their ears. . .So she brought some to work to share with her co-workers. They are made so well, and there was so many colors it was hard to pick just one. . . My kids actually LOVE to wear toboggans, so it was the perfect gift to bring home to them. Ian and Macey both have such tender hearts, and they said How sad it was that this lady that made the hats, doesn't remember doing it. They said they loved their new toboggans, and planned on telling their friends the story behind them. . . .Just thought I would share. . . .Have a good night. . .
